**Refund & Return Policy**

At Vintage Supply Co, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

**Returns**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition
* The item must be in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

**Non-Returnable Items**
We do not accept returns for:

* Perishable goods
* Personal care items
* Gift cards
* Final sale or clearance items

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
* Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The item is defective
* The wrong item was received

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement.

**Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

**Order Cancellations**
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

* Check your bank account again
* Contact your payment provider (processing times can vary)

  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues
  • Minor vintage wear



Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
